Her focus is always on delivering something practical that makes a real difference, whether that means improving a process, solving a problem, or finding a smarter way to work. She also supports payroll implementations, data migrations, and ongoing payroll processing.

A Business graduate from the University of Auckland, Yasmin has been with Top Flight since 2019, building deep expertise across Accredo, Odoo, and Zoho Analytics along the way. She has a natural ability to understand how a business works, built through years of close collaboration with clients across a wide range of industries.

For Yasmin, the most rewarding part of the job is seeing clients grow more confident and capable in the systems they use. Helping someone go from frustrated to in control is what makes the work worthwhile.
